The United States and nearly every other nation on earth have signed binding international agreements to strive to provide universal access to treatment, prevention, care and support for all people living with HIV/AIDS by 2010.

AIDSVote calls on candidates to make this commitment real by creating a plan to fund access to HIV drugs for all people in the U.S. and around the world who need them by 2010 and to ramp up access to science-based HIV prevention worldwide.
